IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FEES

At Amy Embery US, we ship our products worldwide. However, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import policies and fees determined by the destination country.

1. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOMS FEES

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

  • These charges are established by your local customs authorities.

  • All such fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order to obtain specific information regarding import regulations and estimated charges in your region.

2. SPECIAL NOTE FOR EU & CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

To enhance your shopping experience and help minimize potential customs fees, we prioritize shipping orders to the European Union and Canada via Standard Shipping whenever possible. While this may assist in reducing costs, it does not guarantee the absence of import charges.

3. RETURNED PACKAGES & UNPAID FEES

In the event that a package is returned to us because the recipient refused to pay customs fees or failed to collect the package from customs, the following policy applies:

  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • Handling Fee: A 40% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover production costs and return logistics.

  • Refund Processing: The remaining balance will be issued back to your original payment method once the returned package is received and inspected by our warehouse.
